Located in a beautiful area surrounded by tea fields and nature walks. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The language barrier was an issue as not all staff members spoke English. Dinner was a total disaster, overpriced and of low quality.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, the room was modern and spacious, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with both Chinese and Western options. Moreover, the location was great, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, surrounded by lush greenery.
Cannot find any fault.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel to find a birthday cake waiting for me. The staff were incredibly friendly and the manager even took the time to personally speak with each guest during checkout. The facilities were wonderful and the surrounding tea fields made for some lovely walks. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nestled in a green scenery, the resort is a great getaway from the city hustle. the rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, and the staff helpful and nice. the breakfast spread is excellent, mixing international and local food. the gym and the swimming pool are excellent, and you can bike along Jiuxi Road for fresh air. the hotel is conveniently located to do touristy stuff and escape the city rush. In a few kilometers, you can reach the Song Dynasty Village and Westlake.
Some guests suggest that the dinner buffet could have been better.

This hotel is nestled in a picturesque location, surrounded by tea plantations and rolling hills. The Nine Creeks area is the perfect setting for a peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensure a good night's sleep. The highlight for me was definitely the balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the lush green forest.
